New Zealand Snow Reports 2025

School holidays are here – and if you’re heading to the slopes, the South Island is where the snow is at the moment!

Great snow conditions, and it’s looking like fine weather next week as well. There is snow in the forecast for this weekend (Saturday/Sunday), which should give the already solid coverage a nice boost. The North Island is open too – if you’re new to skiing, get on the learner slopes and have some fun. A little more snow is needed, but don’t let that stop you – the experience is great.
