Getting to Roundhill Ski Area. Our address is 2544 Lilybank Road. Lilybank Road joins State Highway 8 on the eastern side of Lake Tekapo Village.

Enjoy the stunning scenery as you drive 24km along the Eastern side of Lake Tekapo on Lilybank Road, then turn off onto our access road, which is only 8km long and has a wide and gradual gradient.

Always carry snow chains while driving in an alpine environment, and be ready to fit them if required. Chains must be provided to all 2WD vehicles at the “Fit Chains Here” sign if it is out. Only in exceptional circumstances will the fitting of chains to 4WD vehicles be required. If this is the case, it will be advised in the snow report, and a staff member will be stationed at the fitting chain area to ensure compliance.

Our road is also suitable for campervans and heavy vehicles, with the same rules regarding chains as above. For the safety of our staff and other road users, you must comply with our instructions about when and where chains must be fitted. The assistance of those who have ignored our advice regarding chains will not be high on our agenda.
